WILDS partners with Leaders Connect to provide a premier mentorship experience — connecting the rising stars of the mailing and shipping industry with experienced leaders.
What is Leaders Connect?
Leaders Connect is a mentorship program designed to equip the future leaders of the mailing and shipping industry with the knowledge they need to be successful. Rising stars from the industry join as Mentees and are connected with experienced Mentors, who can guide them with their expertise.
It's an exciting opportunity for emerging leaders to learn from the best, expand their network, and position themselves for career growth.
A cross-generational platform
Leaders Connect was created by the Postal Customer Council (PCC), the Mailers Technical Advisory Committee (MTAC) and Areas Inspiring Mail, working with the U.S. Postal Service and the industry's trade associations — including the USPS Direct Effect program, which connects students with internships, jobs and mentors.
Its four generations — Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials and Generation Z — each have valuable skills and knowledge to share.
