Megan J. Brennan
A trailblazer in the industry
Megan J. Brennan made history as the first woman to serve as Postmaster General of the United States, leading the U.S. Postal Service and one of the largest workforces in the country.
Her 34-year career with the USPS began as a letter carrier and spanned operations leadership across the organization. A graduate of the MIT Sloan Fellows program, she is widely recognized for a leadership style grounded in collaboration, respect for employees, and a holistic approach to complex challenges — the very qualities this award celebrates.
